Computer learning

After 50 yrs of not going to college, I've learned that going back was quite the shock! The room was full of about 18 young men in the 19 to 20 age range that are computer users since they were little kids, I guess. I thought I wanted to learn AutoCad 2009 until after about two weeks I realized I was so far behind the curve that the better part of valor was to "drop", even thought the instructor said I was doing "fine" and would get the hang of it soon. You've got to be kidding! I did spend $160 for the book and bought a license for 6 months on the student version of the soft ware and am patiently trying to learn the program. When I dropped, we were in chapter 9 after two weeks. I'm still in chapter 3!
Oh well, it keeps me out of pool halls!
